The things clients usually ask before starting a project.
Do you charge hourly or fixed price?▾
Fixed price, almost always. After a free consultation we send a written proposal with a clear scope and a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before any work starts. Hourly billing is available for open-ended retainer work where scope genuinely can't be fixed up front.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Bank transfer (international wire supported) and Upwork direct payments. Invoices are issued in USD by default. If you need a different method, ask during your consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether we can support it.
Can I pay in installments?▾
Yes. Projects are split into milestones: typically 40% to start, and the remainder tied to agreed deliverables. Larger projects can be spread over monthly payments across the build.
What if I need changes after launch?▾
Every project includes a 30-day support window after launch, covering anything not working as agreed at no cost. After that, changes are quoted per piece of work, or handled through a monthly retainer if you'd rather have regular time set aside. There's no lock-in either way.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?▾
Yes. Monthly maintenance retainers cover updates, monitoring, backups, security patches, and a bank of development hours for improvements. Most clients start one after their support window ends.
Is there a minimum project size?▾
Starter Engagements exist for exactly this: our smallest project work starts around $300 (a small automation or a focused design sprint), and our smallest ongoing engagement is Local SEO from $250/month. If your budget is below that, get in touch anyway. We'll point you in the right direction, even if it's not to us.
What's the difference between a Starter Engagement and a Full Build?▾
A Starter Engagement is a small, clearly scoped first step: one primary workflow, established components where possible, clear requirements, and staged delivery. It's a real, working piece of software, not a demo. A Full Build is the complete, production-ready version, quoted after a discovery call once we understand the full scope. Most Starter clients expand into a Full Build once the first version proves the idea.
Can I get a full SaaS platform or AI product built at the starter price?▾
Not at the lowest end of a Starter Engagement, no, and we'll tell you that upfront rather than quote something we can't deliver well. Complex, multi-feature platforms need proper scoping and price accordingly. What a Starter Engagement can do is validate the core of that idea, one workflow, cleanly built, so you can raise funding, sign a customer, or prove demand before committing to the full build.
