The agency needed a web presence that did more than market their services - it had to demonstrate their technical capability on arrival. Off-the-shelf templates weren't an option. The platform needed fully editable content across 15+ pages, a complete CMS admin dashboard, database-driven pricing, lead capture, and role-based access - all without requiring a developer every time copy needed updating.

Built a full-stack agency platform from scratch using Next.js 16 App Router, with React Server Components for data fetching and Drizzle ORM over Neon PostgreSQL for type-safe, serverless database access. Every public-facing page - services, portfolio, blog, pricing - is backed by a database table with a corresponding admin CRUD screen. Better Auth handles authentication with separate admin and member login flows. The admin dashboard covers blog posts, services, portfolio, testimonials, pricing tiers, leads inbox, digital products, purchases, team management, and site settings. Deployed on Vercel with continuous delivery from the main branch.

Shipped in 6 weeks. 15+ public pages, 30+ admin screens, and 12 database tables - all managed without touching code. Pricing tiers, service descriptions, portfolio entries, and blog posts are fully editable from the dashboard. The platform now serves as both the agency's marketing surface and its most credible technical demonstration.
